Colin Moynahan has a strong passion for personal finance that has manifested in over a decade’s worth of relevant experience before founding Twenty Fifty Capital Financial Advisors in 2018. Colin began his career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in their Financial Advisor training program. In 2015, he went on to work for fintech start-up, Snapcap.com, as their fourth full-time employee, followed by LendingTree.com as a result of the Snapcap.com acquisition by LendingTree.com in fall 2017. As the founder of Twenty Fifty Capital, he has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Bloomberg, Marketwatch, Nerdwallet, Business Insider, Fox News, CNN Business, and USA Today. He is currently a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors and the XY Planning Network.

Twenty Fifty Capital was founded on Colin's belief all people need honest, sound advice and not just those who have the investable assets required by the major firms. He believes there is true value in planning and saving early. The mission at Twenty Fifty Capital is to help educate clients on how to best handle their personal finances as well as create a platform to fulfill their needs and accomplish their goals.

Colin has a BBA in Finance with a minor in Economics from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He also attended Wake Forest University’s graduate program in Personal Financial Planning, and spent time studying abroad within one of Oxford University’s premiere colleges, University College. During this time, he was fortunate to have internships with JPMorgan Chase, RBS, Baldwin & Associates, and ImageARB. He currently resides in Charleston, SC where you will most likely find him on the boat, fly fishing, or working in his garage.
